Registration Fees

Please note that registration fees are in Euros.

Note: The Early Bird Registration closes at midnight (23:59 IST) on the 31st May 2010. If you would like to register at the reduced rate, you must have fully registered and paid by this time.

The Registration fee includes the following:

• Admission to the scientific session
• Conference pack
• Training works shop
• Coffee and refreshments
• Lunches

* Attending medical students will be required to show a valid Student ID card on arrival at the symposium registration desk. Students that do not present Student ID will be charged the full rate. Students who wish to attend the symposium must still register through this site despite not having to pay a fee.

Online registration will also be accepted at the venue.

How To Register

1. Go to our online payment and registration system.
2. Provide us with your details and choose your registration fee (you maybe requested to log in during this process).
   
3. Add your billing address.
4. Enter credit card details and click on 'Pay Now'.
5. You will be automatically receive an email receipt confirming your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Provided written cancellation is received before 9th May, 2010 the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
