Abstract Submission
Abstracts are being accepted for the 8th Annual Western Vascular Institute Symposium (June 24-25, 2010 @ The Radisson Blu, Galway, Ireland). The deadline for abstract submission is March 26th, 2010
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be a concise, substantive abbreviation of the material to be presented, including purpose, methods, results, and significance of findings. Abstracts should not be more than 250 words.
It may help you to know that our audience is comprised of physicians (surgeons, radiologists, cardiologists, etc), nurses, technicians, and researchers from around the world who desire to update their knowledge on intraluminal diagnostics and interventional vascular therapies.
Our objectives for the WVI Symposium are to (1) introduce the newest technology and interventional techniques; and (2) review progress on evolving techniques.

How to submit your abstract
This simple step by step guide will help you to submit your abstract.
- Setup an account if you don't already have one. This will involve verifying your email address and providing us with a password.
- Log into your conference Dashboard using your email address and password.
- Click on the title of your abstract and choose "submit final draft" button.
- Provide your abstract in the box provided.
- Add addtional authors at this time (You are required to provide the name, surname, email address and postal address of each author in the space provided).
- Click "Save Abstract" to submit your abstract.
- Review your submission through your Dashboard and make sure that you're happy with it. You can update it at any time before the closing date.
Modifying Your Submitted Abstract
You can modify your previously submitted abstract before the submission deadline by logging into your WVI Symposium Dashboard:
- Login using your email address and previously chosen password (if you have forgotten the password, you can recover it).
- Click on your abstract title under My Abstracts
- Click on the Submit Final Draft button at the bottom of the page.
- Make any changes that you require and click on Save Abstract to save those changes.
